Job Description :
We are seeking an AMA Lead – Community Marketing Manager to lead the “Ask Me Anything” (AMA) program for our client. As AMA Lead, you will be responsible for designing and executing a world-class program from end to end. You will work cross-functionally with Community, Comms, Social, Client, Growth, and Marketing teams to drive success and ensure flawless delivery.
Responsibilities :
- Own and lead the global AMA program strategy and execution.
- Develop and implement communications plans and marketing campaigns to grow awareness and engagement.
- Drive creative strategy across internal and external channels including blogs, and social media.
- Collaborate with media partners to secure coverage for high-profile AMAs.
- Monitor performance of promotions and communications and provide data-driven insights and reports.
- Keep current on trends in social, content, and digital marketing to innovate the program continuously.
