Key Responsibilities
Guide and mentor a team of Customer Success Architects, providing feedback and support for their growth
Manage a portfolio of customer projects, assisting with the effective implementation of analytics
Serve as a key point of contact for customer feedback and technical needs, contributing to product improvements
Required Qualifications
5+ years of customer-facing experience in customer success, professional services, consulting, or technical project management
3+ years of experience with Mixpanel or similar analytics tools and implementation methods
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across various organizational levels
Strong process and project delivery discipline
Passion for fostering talent and building learning paths
