Photolithography Process Engineer

Overview

Description : You will be a Photolithography Process Engineer at our Lockheed Martin Santa Barbara Focalplane site in Goleta, CA. We are seeking a Photolithography Subject Matter Expert to join our team and provide technical expertise and leadership in photolithography processes for semiconductor manufacturing.

What You Will Be Doing

As the SME for Photolithography, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership in the development, implementation, and optimization of photolithography processes for semiconductor manufacturing. This will include expertise in areas such as :

• Lithography process development and optimization, including resist material selection, coating, and development
• Lithography equipment operation and maintenance, including stepper and scanner systems
• Photolithography process control and metrology, including critical dimension (CD) control and overlay metrology
• Lithography-related defect reduction and yield enhancement

The successful candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor manufacturing, with a focus on photolithography processes, and will be able to apply their technical expertise to improve yield, throughput, and quality.

Work Schedules

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate : The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York is $113,900 - $200,905 (with variations for other locales as noted). Salary is a general guideline and takes into account factors such as scope, experience, education, and market conditions.
