We are looking to hire a candidate with the skills sets mentioned and experience for one of our clients. This is a Hybrid role in Davenport, IA.

Position Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the development and maintenance of enterprise-wide architecture strategies that align with business goals. This role requires a strong technical background, strategic vision, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams in designing scalable, secure, and future-ready technology solutions, including AI and ML integration.
Key Responsibilities :
Enterprise Architecture Leadership :Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.
Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, especially AI and ML, in practical ways that generate real business value.Architecture Design & Standards :Create and maintain architectural blueprints, reference architectures, patterns, and standards for systems, applications, and technology domains.
Ensure architecture supports scalability, security, interoperability, and long-term sustainability.Technical Analysis & Solutioning :Analyze current IT and business environments to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Define high-level migration strategies from current-state to future-state architectures.Deliver technical visualizations of proposed solutions to support stakeholder understanding and alignment.Application Modernization :Model and re-architect legacy applications to reduce support costs and minimize technical debt.
Support modernization initiatives that align with enterprise goals and performance requirements.Project & Development Support :Provide architectural oversight and support throughout the software development lifecycle.
Guide development and project teams, resolving interdependencies and ensuring alignment with architecture standards.Governance & Compliance :Establish and enforce architectural principles, standards, and guidelines.
Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and interoperability requirements across all IT systems.Integration & Performance :Design and govern seamless integration between internal and external applicationson-premises or cloud-based.
Maintain performance, reliability, and a high-quality user experience across systems.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Minimum 12 years of experience in complex IT environments, including areas such as :Network and systems administration
IT infrastructureSoftware development and application architectureDatabase managementSecurity controls and monitoringManagement information systems (MIS)Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and large-scale projects.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Up-to-date, practical knowledge of AI and ML technologies, tools, libraries, and vendors.Demonstrated experience translating business goals into architectural strategies and actionable plans.Other Job Specifications :
