Based in Marlborough, MA, we’re an energy services company (ESCO) that designs and delivers turnkey solutions, from HVAC and controls to electrical upgrades and full-scale decarbonization projects. Our clients include municipalities, schools, and commercial property owners who rely on Guardian’s in-house electricians, HVAC technicians, engineers, and project managers to reduce energy costs, modernize infrastructure, and meet aggressive sustainability goals.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a seasoned Account Executive to expand Guardian’s footprint in the energy-efficiency and capital projects market. This is a consultative sales role for a professional who understands how to identify client needs, develop compelling project solutions, and close high-value opportunities with confidence.
You’ll have access to Guardian’s deep in-house technical resources, giving you the ability to offer design / build solutions rather than just selling concepts. Your work will directly contribute to New England’s path toward carbon neutrality, helping clients upgrade aging systems, electrify facilities, and reduce emissions.
