Regional Director Sales

Full-Time, Monday - Friday, Various Shifts

R+L Carriers is actively seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated Regional Director of Sales at our Dallas TX Service Center

Primary areas of responsibility include :

  • Revenue forecasting & generation
  • Monitor revenue results, prepare / issue incentive reports
  • Budget preparation, implementation and monitoring
  • Proper staffing, education / training, and assisting operations and / or administration as needed
  • Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, this position requires up to 50% travel on a recurring basis

Desired Skills and Experience :

  • Must be computer literate with Windows, Excel and CRM exp.
  • Proven experience leading a sales team
  • Operations knowledge preferred
  • LTL Sales Management experience is strongly preferred
