Responsibilities Include :
Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following safety, food safety, and sanitation requirements.
Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are prepared and executed correctly and consistently.
Create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop restaurant team members.
Coach restaurant team members to drive sales, improve profitability, and guest satisfaction.
Key Competencies :
Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
Possesses an inspiring and motivating personality.
Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
Able to train and develop a team.
