Role Summary

We are hiring a CNC Lathe Programming Specialist in Wood Dale, IL to drive precision turning programs with Mastercam and keep production running at peak efficiency. You'll act as a technical linchpin between engineering and the shop floor, ensuring safe, repeatable processes and exceptional part quality.

Core Responsibilities

• Program CNC turning operations in Mastercam, optimizing toolpaths and cycle times for production.
• Set up and calibrate CNC lathes for efficient, accurate, and consistent part runs.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks and troubleshoot CNC issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machining processes and results.
• Champion safety and quality standards across the entire production cycle.
• Train and mentor junior programmers and machine operators to elevate team capability.
