Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategy and design of North America benefit programs and assess their competitiveness
Utilize analytical capabilities to evaluate benefits program performance and align with organizational objectives
Manage relationships with benefit vendors and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
10+ years of relevant benefits experience in a publicly traded company or large firm
Master's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Deep knowledge of benefits design and administration, including regulatory matters
Strong financial and analytical skills for managing benefit expenses
Proven leadership skills with experience in coaching and employee development
