The Role
We’re seeking a seasoned, client-facing Event Producer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience at an experiential marketing agency or event production company , with a proven ability to bring ambitious concepts to life. You’ll lead projects from strategy through execution, working closely with clients, creatives, and vendors to deliver world-class activations.
This role calls for someone who thrives under pressure, is equally comfortable in the weeds of production logistics and in client-facing presentations, and knows how to elevate an event with polish and creativity.
What You’ll Do
- Lead production on experiential events, activations, and branded entertainment projects.
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, staffing, and on-site execution.
- Manage client communications throughout the production lifecycle, building trust and credibility.
- Source and manage vendors, venues, and freelance crews.
- Collaborate with internal creative, design, and strategy teams to ensure seamless execution of concepts.
- Oversee permitting, insurance, union / non-union labor coordination, and other production requirements.
- Travel as needed for event execution (domestic and occasionally international).
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in event production, ideally within an experiential marketing agency .Strong background in entertainment industry events (premieres, fan activations, launches, red carpets, festivals, etc.).Bonus : Experience in gaming events, esports, or content production .Excellent budget management skills (six to seven figures).Strong vendor network in LA (and ideally nationwide).Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills; thrives under pressure.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Competitive salary ($80K–$100K, commensurate with experience).After a probationary 3 month period, eligibility for health, dental, vision, and 401K benefits.Paid vacation and holidays.Opportunities for growth in a dynamic, creative, and entertainment-focused environment.How to Apply
