The Role

We’re seeking a seasoned, client-facing Event Producer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience at an experiential marketing agency or event production company , with a proven ability to bring ambitious concepts to life. You’ll lead projects from strategy through execution, working closely with clients, creatives, and vendors to deliver world-class activations.

This role calls for someone who thrives under pressure, is equally comfortable in the weeds of production logistics and in client-facing presentations, and knows how to elevate an event with polish and creativity.

What You’ll Do

• Lead production on experiential events, activations, and branded entertainment projects.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, staffing, and on-site execution.
• Manage client communications throughout the production lifecycle, building trust and credibility.
• Source and manage vendors, venues, and freelance crews.
• Collaborate with internal creative, design, and strategy teams to ensure seamless execution of concepts.
• Oversee permitting, insurance, union / non-union labor coordination, and other production requirements.
• Travel as needed for event execution (domestic and occasionally international).
