Pinnacle Services is seeking a part-time entry level Receptionist / Human Resources Administrative Assistant for our administrative office location in Minneapolis, MN. This position is ideal for someone who is starting out their career journey and is willing to take initiative. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 9am-3pm . This position is paid hourly at $18.00 / hour.

We provide top-level services to our clients through residential and in-home care, case management and other supportive programs. Primary responsibilities include :

• Attending to the front door lock system by allowing visitors into the building.
• Provide phone support to the agency by answering calls from clients and external business partners while remaining empathetic
• Distribute mail daily throughout entire agency.
• Able to effectively maintain stress level when given multiple tasks to complete.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk and workrooms, including but not limited to emptying trash, and cleaning dishes.
• Reporting any building malfunctions or supply shortages to the Human Resources Manager.
• Schedule time in conference rooms for meetings on behalf of other staff.
• Involved in the planning and implementation of monthly activities, including possible light traveling to local stores for supplies.
