Do you want a rewarding job that will change people's lives? Manpower is looking for a service oriented and energetic Client Coordinator to support a large industrial client in Blaine, MN. Job Title : Client Coordinator Hours : Mon-Fri | 12pm-9pm Pay Range : $20$23hr Location : Blaine, MN 55449 Short term role until the end of the year Responsibilities include :

• Greeting new associates on orientation day, taking photos, and sending to security for badges
• Completing I9 documentation for new hires and any additional client required forms
• Conducting Daily Start-up Meetings
• Completing attendance within 2 hours after start of the shift
• Investigating payroll errors or issues
• Validating employee PPE daily and completing daily safety walks
• Managing daily shift associate communications
• Performance Management of all associates as required

Qualifications : Experience : 1+ years in administrative, customer service, and / or other fast-paced environment Education : High school diploma or equivalent Technical : Microsoft Office Literacy, Associate Tracking System experience
