Implementation Coordinator

Points North is looking for an organized and client focused Implementation Coordinator to support the delivery of our technology solutions to clients in the construction industry.

This role is critical in ensuring our implementations run smoothly by supporting the Implementation team, engaging with clients, and driving success through coordination, communication, and execution.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Project & Client Coordination  Coordinate and schedule implementation meetings and calls with clients to keep projects on track  Support Implementation Specialists with project tasks and follow-up  Manage outside partner and vendor communications when needed  Client Communication & Support  Gather and document client needs throughout the implementation lifecycle  Assist clients with configuration through the user interface and conduct user training sessions  Conduct feedback surveys via phone and email to gather client input  Technical & Administrative Support  Test and troubleshoot file uploads and assist with file creation and data entry  Track implementation details and maintain project documentation  Ensure a high-quality experience by anticipating needs and resolving issues  What We Are Looking For :   Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written  A collaborative, client-focused attitude and a drive to get things done  Meticulous attention to detail and superb organizational skills  Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks  Growth-oriented mindset and willingness to learn  Nice to have : Experience in SaaS.
