A company is looking for an Implementation Manager II, Customer, North America.
Key Responsibilities :
Plan, lead, and execute complex project engagements, ensuring seamless customer transitions to account support teams
Develop internal and external workflows and training documents across multiple service lines
Analyze project risks, communicate issues, and mentor team members to support customer project needs
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Management or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
5+ years of proven project management experience in a matrix environment
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SKP and Securebase
Experience in customer-facing roles and managing cross-functional teams
