Base pay range

$66,560.00 / yr - $66,560.00 / yr

Pay Rate and Schedule

Pay Rate : $66,560

Work Schedule : 56-hour shift

  • Sunday : 8am to 9am (overnight)
  • Monday : 3pm to 10pm
  • Tuesday : 2pm to 9am (overnight)
  • Wednesday : 1pm to 6pm

Job Description

As a Residential Counselor at Lifeworks, you will provide direct support to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, teach daily living activities, promote community inclusion, and make a meaningful difference in their lives. The position is based in Westwood, MA, and offers a $2,000 staff retention bonus after joining.

Qualifications and Responsibilities

  • Promote health and safety through routine and emergency care
  • Assist with personal care and daily activities
  • Ensure safe residential environments
  • Support individuals in achieving ISP goals, including education, social skills, and community integration
  • Develop and review individual plans
  • Provide transportation and communicate with families and advocates
  • Perform case management duties
