Key Responsibilities :
Provide subject matter expertise on ADA laws and guidelines for employees and employers
Manage ADA claims through expert case management for cases of varying complexity
Build trust with employees and provide guidance to employers regarding accommodation processes
Required Qualifications :
2 to 4 years of experience in disability accommodation, absence management, or related fields
Preferred certifications include PHR, CPDM, or ADA certification
Proven success in supporting employees and employers with accommodations
Bachelor's degree in business, science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
