Overview
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Recovery Support Professionals to work directly with clients in treatment programs. This role is essential in providing structure, support, and guidance to individuals in early recovery. By maintaining a safe and respectful environment, you will serve as a positive role model and help clients stay focused on their recovery journey.5
Key Responsibilities
Screen and process new admissions.
Monitor client movement, maintain logs, and account for client whereabouts.
Support daily program activities including meals, chores, group meetings, and scheduled events.
Conduct client orientations, room checks, and safety inspections.
Supervise medication lines and monitor urinalysis / drug screenings as directed.
Maintain facility security and cleanliness, including safety checks and reporting maintenance needs.
Assist clients with transportation to and from appointments when needed.
Document incidents, infractions, and client updates accurately and promptly.
Ensure adherence to program rules and maintain professional boundaries.
Work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience in direct support, residential services, or caregiving preferred (not required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain professionalism, reliability, and compassion in challenging situations.
Basic computer skills (email, Word, Excel).
Valid driver’s license with clean record preferred.
Flexibility to work various shifts in a 24 / 7 environment.
