Job Summary

Our client is seeking a highly organized and polished House Manager / Personal Assistant to provide seamless household and administrative support for a private residence in Coral Gables, Florida. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.

Schedule :

Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. – 5 : 00 p.m. Must be flexible on weekends and at night.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of a private residence, ensuring all household needs are met efficiently.
• Manage scheduling, appointments, vendors, and household staff as needed.
• Handle personal errands, correspondence, reservations, and administrative tasks.
• Liaise with service providers, maintenance professionals, and local contacts to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain household inventory and assist with purchasing, deliveries, and organization.
• Anticipate needs and provide proactive support to ensure the principal's daily routine runs seamlessly.
• Uphold confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism at all times.
