At G Millwork, a leading company in the manufacturing and distribution of doors, moldings, and
hardware, we are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for both residential and commercial projects.
- Identify and acquire new clients (contractors, builders, architects, and designers).
- Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Collaborate with operations and purchasing teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
- Hire, train, and support new members of the team, as needed
Requirements
35 years of proven sales experience (preferably in construction, millwork, lumber, or relatedindustries).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage sales strategies.Experience in B2B and large-scale project sales.Excellent communication and negotiation skills; bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus.Results-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work under ambitious targets.Familiarity with CRM / ERP systems (Odoo, Acumatica, or similar is a plus).Compensation & Benefits
