Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized Sample Coordinator to join a women’s apparel brand. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in the product development process, working directly with samples, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and track incoming shipments from factories and vendors
  • Check in, log, and maintain sample inventory using Excel and internal systems
  • Organize, steam, tag, and hang samples for fittings, reviews, and presentations
  • Assist with packing, counting, and shipping samples for buyers, photoshoots, and showrooms
  • Maintain the sample room, ensuring garments are properly stored and accessible
  • Partner with Design, Product Development, and Production teams to support deadlines

Qualifications :

  • General computer skills, including Outlook / Gmail and basic Excel
  • Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to lift and move boxes of garments as needed
  • Previous apparel, shipping, or sample coordination experience is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
