Key Responsibilities
Handles incoming phone calls to assist patients with coordinating transportation to and from medical facilities
Documents phone calls, capturing customer / patient information
Assists patients with scheduling transportation services
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in medical offices or call centers preferred
Basic computer skills
No prior experience required
Ability to work in a hybrid setting after training, based on manager's discretion
