About the Role
Were seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to support defense and aerospace programs in Andover, MA. In this role, youll oversee and negotiate complex contracts, ensure compliance with FAR / DFARS and ITAR requirements, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to manage risk and drive successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and subcontracts for defense and aerospace programs.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Identify and mitigate contractual and business risks.
Serve as the main point of contact for contract-related inquiries and communications.
Support change management, contract audits, and performance monitoring throughout the project lifecycle.
What Youll Bring
Bachelors degree in Business, Law, or related field (J.D. preferred).
5+ years of contracts management experience in defense or aerospace.
Strong working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and ITAR regulations.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple high-value contracts with accuracy and attention to detail.
