What You’ll Do
Deliver top-tier patient service at every touchpoint , from check-in to checkoutAt check-in :Welcome patients warmly and create a positive start to their visitReappoint for their next recare before they leaveCollect over-the-counter balances with confidenceVerify and update personal and insurance detailsAt checkout :Present treatment plans and associated fees clearlyConvert treatment recommendations into scheduled appointmentsProvide after-visit documents (receipts, school notes, reminders)Manage and work the recall / reappointment list to keep the schedule fullMonitor and minimize cancellations through proactive communicationPartner with the practice manager and clinical team to keep the daily schedule optimized and on goalAnswer phones promptly and professionally, turning inquiries into booked appointmentsSupport compliance and maintain organized, accurate patient recordsRequirements
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 3 years dental front office experience (collections and scheduling experience required)Strong skills with scheduling software and Microsoft OfficeExperience with dental software systems preferredAssociates degree in business or office administration a plusSolid communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanorHighly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to both patient satisfaction and office performanceBenefits
Full-time opportunity, five days a week.Base pay is around $30 an hour depending on experience.
