Job Description
At ServiceNow, our technology makes the world work for everyoneand our people make it possible. We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Senior Vice President of Global People Services and the Vice President of Operations Service & Delivery.
The ideal candidate anticipates needs, brings structure to complexity, and creates space for the SVP and VP to focus on leading at scale. This is a high-impact role requiring exceptional judgment, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
What you get to do in this role :
- Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the SVP, Global People Services and VP, Operations Service & Delivery
- Proactively manage a complex, rapidly evolving calendarprioritizing time with intention and clarity
- Anticipate the executives' needs and take initiative to remove roadblocks, streamline decision-making, and keep priorities moving
- Coordinate demanding global travel and logistics with precision and foresight, ensuring seamless execution and contingency planning
- Prepare briefing materials, pre-reads, and communications for internal meetings, customer engagements, and executive forums
- Track key action items and follow-ups, ensuring accountability and visibility across the leadership team
- Use judgment to move at appropriate pace, remove blockers and expedite Global People Services' team performance
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
- Serve as a liaison between the SVP, VP and internal stakeholders, partners, and customersmodeling ServiceNow's values in every interaction
- Partner with the Chief of Staff and senior leaders to support team operations, communications, and culture initiatives
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have :
Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.10+ years of experience supporting a senior executive (SVP level or above) in a global, fast-paced organization; experience in enterprise software, sales, or HR strategy functions strongly preferredDemonstrated ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and operate independently with a high degree of ownershipTrack record of prowess in navigating organizations, including building relationships with peer EAs and team members to help overcome organizational silos or barriersExceptional organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot quicklyExceptional attention to detail and follow upExcellent written and verbal communication skills; executive presence and professionalism in all interactionsExperience coordinating team offsites and eventsFlexibility on working hours with ability to accommodate global teams and meetings, on occasionProficiency in Microsoft Suite, Zoom, and enterprise expense / travel tools such as ConcurA high level of emotional intelligence, discretion, and commitment to confidentialityA collaborative, low-ego approach and a strong sense of purpose in enabling the success of othersFor positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $124,700 - $218,300, plus equity (when applicable), variable / incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
