Summary : The Video Content Specialist will assist in preparing, planning, and operating video needs for the Lastinger Center for Learning, including filming and editing for both the public-facing portion and the Teacher's Professional Development side of content. The position coordinates, performs, and supports media maintenance, creation, and distribution for various venues, audiences, and other deliverables. This is a time-limited and soft-funded role.

Responsibilities

Production

• Assist in planning and executing video shoots, including setting up equipment and directing talent.
• Operate video cameras, lighting, teleprompter and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage.
• Collaborate with project leads and the studio specialist to design studio sets and film in the field.
• Build, maintain and prepare equipment kits for field producers to use.
• Suggest the best solutions to meet project goals and keep clients on task with reviews and updates.
• Review progress and maintain up-to-date records for project tracking.

Expected salary : $20-24 per hour
