About the Job :

Supports the development and execution of innovative customer relationship management strategies across IPG Health agencies as an Associate CRM Strategist. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will analyze customer data, identify trends, and optimize CRM campaigns across multiple channels. By staying updated on industry trends, you'll drive customer engagement and business growth.

A Day in the Life :

• Support Senior CRM Engagement Strategy team in developing and executing CRM strategies.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate on cross-channel CRM campaigns, monitoring performance and informing future initiatives.
• Ensure alignment with business strategy through cross-functional teamwork.
• Develop internal engagement deliverables (competitive audits, message flow diagrams) and document business rules.
• Stay current with CRM industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI platform applications.
