SCRM Analyst - TS / SCI

Insight Global is seeking a Intelligence Analyst to serve in The Office of National Security (ONS), within the Immediate Office of the Secretary at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), which manages Department-wide programs and provides oversight, policy direction, standards, and performance assessments in the areas of counterintelligence, intelligence, insider threat, cyber threat intelligence, information security, national personnel security, homeland security, and the safeguarding of classified information.

ONS provides support of Counterintelligence, Intelligence, and Administrative Support to customers within the HHS organization. The ONS support will include counterintelligence which will proactively identify and assess potential threat information, recommend mitigation efforts, and incorporate findings into formal reports in support of the ONS customers. This includes participation in briefs to HHS leadership on recommendation and providing direct support to Supply Chain Risk Management requests for assistance for ONS contract equities. Intelligence analysis which will identify and prioritize research and analysis topics within the Department and oversee the production of Research and Analysis plans in support of ONS customers. Ensure appropriate expertise is included in highly tailored written reports, oral briefings, and other intelligence products for a diverse range of global customers. This includes assessing the threat posture of the key players and coordinating with cyber elements in the intelligence community. In addition, work with other ONS customer teams to ensure the cybersecurity of the IT systems, especially on distribution & administration.

What You Will Do

• Identify and analyze supply chain risks.
• Perform supply chain risk management assessments using a variety of software subscription tools.
• Identify and prioritize research and analysis topics within the Department and develops production of Research and Analysis plans.
• Ensure appropriate expertise is included in highly tailored written reports, oral briefings, and other intelligence products for a diverse range of global customers.
• Identify critical intelligence gaps, specify collection requirements to fill gaps, and suggest new methodologies and collection techniques to eliminate gaps; optimize critical relationships with the Department and national policymakers for your respective OP DIV to ensure ongoing alignment of analysis with customer requirements; interact with priority customers on a regular basis and ensure customer requirements are routinely updated and prioritized.
• Maintain relationships with high level intelligence professionals at other intelligence agencies and cabinets.
• Coordinate analytic production within the Department.
• Establish priorities and guide team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of Department products.
• Serve as advisor to the Secretary of Health and Human Services, as well as any required Operating Division of HHS.

Compensation : $45 / hr to $62.5 / hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
