Job Summary

This position role is to increase aftermarket parts and service business and to generate new equipment leads within the sales department. The SSE will promote the Company service and parts departments by increasing sales in PM agreements, equipment repairs, rental equipment, PackageCare contracts, Lubricant sales, installations, VFD upgrades, Controls and generally promote Air Centers of Florida as the primary source for aftermarket parts and service of compressed air equipment and components.

Job Summary

This position role is to increase aftermarket parts and service business and to generate new equipment leads within the sales department. The SSE will promote the Company service and parts departments by increasing sales in PM agreements, equipment repairs, rental equipment, PackageCare contracts, Lubricant sales, installations, VFD upgrades, Controls and generally promote Air Centers of Florida as the primary source for aftermarket parts and service of compressed air equipment and components.

Essential Job Functions

• Develop Aftermarket sales proposals for the air compressor service department products to customers and professionally present proposals to plant engineers, maintenance personnel, purchasing agents, and / or company executives
• Research and evaluate customer application in order to properly size and / or develop an aftermarket recomendation that meets the customers needs
• Conduct air system surveys
• Ensure the establishment of industry contacts and develop a list of potential customers
• Follow up on sales leads and make cold calls
• Maintain updated understanding of industry trends, technical developments, and government regulations that effect target markets
• Proactively take action to close sales and finalize contracts
• Meet established sales quotas and revenue goals
• Resolve customers problems with product and / or services
• Follow up on product and / or services deliveries
• Monitor and work within established expense allowance
• Generate detailed scope of supply (PMU) and provide to Application Engineer or Service Manager for processing
