Customer Service Representative
One of the largest e-commerce companies based in Seattle is seeking qualified customer service representatives to join their team in Arizona!
Job Description : As a Logistics Coordinator, you will act as a remote gate agent, supporting thousands of drivers across the country. You will utilize two-way audio / video communication to verify and identify necessary specifications on trucks and processes. You will coordinate, communicate, and provide updates on the arrival, loading, unloading, and departure at warehouses, facilities, and distribution centers.

Work Environment : This position is full on-site in Tempe! Training is conducted Monday-Friday from 8 : 00AM-4 : 30PM for the first three weeks, with the first day of training 9 : 00AM-5 : 30PM. Post-training schedules start from Sunday-Tuesday and 9 : 00AM-5 : 30PM, with Wednesday and Thursday off. Mandatory overtime is expected during peak seasons from October to January, which includes a sixth workday and 10-hour workdays.
Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $21.00 / hr.
