Description : Job Summary :

The successful candidate will construct and repair precision tools, dies, and fixtures, ensuring the production of high-quality components and contributing to the company's continued success. This role requires a high level of skill in machining, blueprint reading, and the use of precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet exact specifications. Key Responsibilities :

Assembly : Assemble the various parts to form the completed tool or die, ensuring each piece is put together accurately and securely

Manufacturing : Operate various machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, or grinders to fabricate the parts of the tools or dies as per the design specifications

Quality Assurance : Perform testing and inspection of finished products using precision measuring instruments to ensure they meet the required specifications and quality standards

Maintenance and Repair : Conduct regular inspections of tools and dies in use, performing necessary maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance and extend their lifespan

Responsibilities :

• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and engineering specifications.
• Set up and operate machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and EDM equipment.
• Fabricate and assemble tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures to support production.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on existing tools and dies to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve tooling designs and manufacturing
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
