SUMMARY
Set up, operates, and maintains conventional and special purpose machines to fabricate metallic and nonmetallic parts. Fits and assembles machined parts into complete units, applying knowledge of machine shop theory and procedures and shop mathematics.
Shift Schedule : Mon – Fri, 7am – 3 : 20pm with occasional Saturdays
Pay : $30.00 - $43.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to set up and operate tool room equipment, including mills, lathes, grinders, CNC VMCs, saws, and drill presses.
- Ability to produce parts using blueprints, sketches, and drawings.
- Familiar with machine repair and troubleshooting, electric, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems (fabrication and electronics experience is desirable)
- Work overtime when required.
- Desire to learn CNC Programming
- Other duties as assigned.
