We are looking for an experienced Executive Associate to join our team in Ontario, CA. This role involves supporting high-level professionals in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, leasing, and financing. As a long-term contract position, this role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents related to real estate transactions, such as purchase agreements, leases, and closing documentation.
- Coordinate and oversee the entire lifecycle of real estate transactions, from initiation to finalization.
- Conduct detailed reviews of title and survey documents, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
- Assist with due diligence efforts by analyzing leases, contracts, and corporate records.
- Maintain well-organized files and track critical dates, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with senior brokers and staff to provide support in document preparation, client communication, and scheduling.
- Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with relevant legal standards.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to executive-level team members.
- Utilize software tools like Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems to enhance efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; paralegal certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate law or a similar field.
- Strong understanding of real estate transaction processes, including title and survey review.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, particularly in working with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of compliance standards and company policies related to real estate transactions.
