We are looking for someone to join our People Team in the role of Multifamily Operations Recruiter, supporting Preferred Apartment Communities (PAC). This role will focus on all aspects of sourcing and hiring talent for PAC, including multifamily site-level and leadership roles, as well as corporate support roles. This team member will be integral in ensuring that our properties and corporate teams are staffed with exceptional talent to maintain top-tier resident experiences.

Compensation and Benefits

Base Compensation Range

$90,000.00 To $115,000.00 Annually. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Company's base compensation range for this position. Actual base compensation range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.

Total Direct Compensation

This job is also eligible for discretionary bonus and incentive compensation on an annual basis.

The Company provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
