Salary Range for Adjuncts teaching in this academic area is $300.00 - $4,500.00 per course.
Governors State University’s College of Health and Human Services seeks to create an available pool of Adjunct Clinical and Teaching Faculty candidates to supervise graduate students and teach undergraduate and graduate courses in the Communication Disorders program. The major responsibilities of an adjunct faculty member would include one or more of the following :
3. to teach undergraduate and / or graduate courses in areas of need including child language, adult language, voice, and / or fluency.
At Governors State University, adjunct faculty are hired as temporary faculty with teaching responsibilities for a specific course in a semester or summer session. Adjuncts are not a part of the faculty bargaining unit and are not included in membership of the Faculty Senate.
