Desktop Support

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Desktop Support technician to join their team!

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys providing hands-on, deskside support in a corporate environment. The team seeks a reliable, customer-focused technician to support end users with hardware and software needs. This contract role is scheduled to begin in early June and run through December. You will join a small, collaborative IT group supporting a professional and dynamic office where high service levels and communication are valued.

Responsibilities :

• Provide onsite support for end users, handling hardware and software issues that cannot be resolved remotely.
• Set up and configure new hardware for incoming employees, tailored to specific job needs.
• Troubleshoot, image, and manage Dell hardware, ensuring necessary software is installed.
• Respond to user questions regarding system operations and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Maintain documentation of support issues and actions taken.
• Partner with vendors to resolve technical and logistical issues in-person or virtually.
• Provide basic support for A / V systems, including Logitech Tap devices.
