Key Responsibilities
Provide inbound customer support focused on energy efficiency and utility programs
Assist with customer enrollment, visit scheduling, and program education across multiple platforms
Utilize various support scripts and manage customer interactions through calls, chat, or email
Required Qualifications and Education
High School Diploma or GED (required)
Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably in a call center
Ability to type 35+ WPM
Sales-oriented with a focus on customer service satisfaction
Strong ability to navigate multiple platforms simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
