Nesco has partnered with a local HVAC company seeking Service Techicians for a direct-hire position located on the west side of Columbus!

Position Summary :

Service technicians perform preventive maintenance, repairs, equipment start up,

and periodically assist with equipment replacement or installation for our commercial and industrial customers

in Central, Northeast, and Southeast Ohio. Their typical workday is 8 hours, Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to

4 : 30 PM with a half-hour lunch break. Overtime opportunities are available.

Compensation :

The company offers a robust package of benefits to include top of market compensation

Other Benefits :

Service technicians receive company provided uniforms, a company vehicle which they take home, safety

equipment, specialty tools, and personal tool replacement. Each technician receives a company cell phone, and

iPad or Android tablet with a data plan so they may access company resources, industry resources, and

manufacturer resources. Service technicians use these devices to record their work via our Vision software

Remote Field Service application.

Training :

Technicians are offered a minimum of two weeks of formal training through multiple

methods which include :

1. Manufacturers' factory training

2. Continuing education through local vendors and in-house training

3. Online training

4. On the job training

They also offer tuition reimbursement for industry related courses taken outside normal business hours .
