Prime Video is searching for a Sr. Digital Program Manager - Digital Supply Chain who can hold a leadership position in building strategic partnerships with world-renowned studios, lead a strategic improvement program, be passionate about processes and innovation, and navigate in a complex environment with both business and technical aspects. This role demands a high capacity to Learn and Be Curious, Invent and Simplify, Bias for Action, and Deliver Results as we need to be continually adapting to the fast-moving environment and push to drive efficiency and simplification for global customers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders, including global cross-functional teams within Amazon, external executive teams, and technical teams from both sides. Key Job Responsibilities

• Be the subject matter expert of your assigned program
• Define program value propositions, advantages, and limitations
• Be the liaison between various technical, business, and development teams to drive both proactive and reactive customer experiences solutions
• Own and support global cross-team coordination, project management, and be able to swiftly prioritize and multitask based on severity level and strong business judgement
• Identify and investigate data to isolate issues, develop solutions, and prioritize opportunities for servicing partner teams
• Have a passion for continuously improving the customer experience
• Be a creative problem solver who always thinks critically about next steps
• Possess flexibility and have a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and highly ambiguous work environment
