Senior Manager, Enterprise Systems Integrations

A leading global law firm is seeking a Senior Manager of Enterprise Systems Integrations to spearhead the firm's integration strategy across core platforms including ERP, CRM, HRIS, and ITSM. This newly established role will be pivotal in driving the adoption of an Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS), enabling scalable, secure, and automated enterprise workflows.

The company is located in Washington D.C. and will be a hybrid model.

What You Will Be Doing :

• Develop and lead the execution of a firm-wide integration strategy utilizing platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or Workato
• Oversee a team responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of integrations across systems
• Champion Agile and DevOps methodologies, including CI / CD, API management, and automated deployment practices
• Collaborate with business systems stakeholders to define integration roadmaps, enhancements, and ongoing support
• Manage budgets, staffing plans, and third-party vendor relationships
