Marketing Director : Strategically lead Boland's marketing efforts, including market research, brand strategy, commercialization, and industry involvement.

Essential Duties :

• Consult with company leaders to develop and execute an effective strategic marketing plan
• Lead market research to identify key focus areas and develop a strategy
• Develop and execute Boland's brand strategy
• Develop and execute commercialization strategy
• Collaborate with Sales Leaders and Salespeople to effectively drive revenue growth
• Develop and execute a strategy to convey Boland's message via trade shows and industry events
• Effectively collect client experience data and effectively utilize data in a strategic plan
• Develop a media relations / PR strategy
• Digital / social media strategy development and execution
• Represent Boland effectively within the industry and marketplace
• Structure the department effectively and manage personnel to execute goals
• Maintain active relationships with industry groups, associations, etc.
• Other duties as assigned
