Azure Enclave Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and security focused individual for our Azure Enclave Operations Manager role to over-see the internal management of our Azure / Microsoft GCC High Enclave. This role is critical to ensure our environment remains compliant with CMMC Level 2 requirements and operates efficiently in coordination with our MSP and MSSP partners.

Responsibilities

• Enclave Operations Management : Oversee daily operations of the Azure / GCC High Enclave, including access control, performance monitoring, configuration management, and ticket handling
• Compliance & Audit Readiness : Ensure alignment with CMMC Level 2 and NIST SP 800-171, maintain documentation (SSPs, POA&Ms), and support third-party assessments
• Security Monitoring & Incident Response : Monitor tools like Microsoft Sentinel and Defender, review logs, and coordinate incident response with service providers.
• Vendor & Service Provider Coordination : Manager Relationships with MSP / MSSP vendors, track SLAs, coordinate software deployments, and ensure timely incident resolution.
• Technical Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation for audits system configurations, and operational procedures.
• Internal Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement : Work with IT, HR, compliance and Digital Enterprise teams to support enclave integration and readiness.
