Location : Brooklyn Branch. Hours : 20 hr / wk. Closing date : September 12, 2025.

Base pay

$16.35 / hr

Responsibilities

  • Support the Manager to serve the needs of a diverse community and provide superior customer service to patrons and coworkers.
  • Interact with patrons daily with professionalism and patience; follow JDL policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of JDL policies and procedures; promote the service-minded culture and vision of JDL.
  • Be JDL’s advocate in conversations with patrons and coworkers; use customer service skills to build relationships with patrons and the community.
  • Demonstrate initiative, good time management, problem-solving aptitudes, and the ability to take direction and lead with optimism.

Qualifications

  • One year of some college / trade work is desired.
  • Flexible and positive attitude; strong technology skills; enthusiasm for serving the community.
