Program Manager

What you'll be doing :

• Monitor and analyze program metrics and KPIs, applying necessary corrections to ensure program success.
• Determine resource requirements and collaborate with management on allocation.
• Enforce quality standards and best practices to ensure deliverables exceed expectations.
• Engage with stakeholders and team members to align on requirements, expectations, and constraints.
• Motivate project teams to achieve high levels of efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to manage updates, expectations, and concerns.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure program and project management success.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
• Serve as the customer's advocate inside Blair, driving solutions that exceed expectations.
• Manage and execute customer brand programs from development through completion.
• Lead cost-control initiatives, maximize vendor value, and proactively address profitability concerns.
• Serve as point of escalation, resolving challenges for teams and stakeholders.
