Linked Light Pulse is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a smooth and efficient office environment by performing a variety of administrative tasks. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for managing correspondence, filing documents, and assisting in various office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
- Organize and maintain files and records to ensure proper documentation.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and placing orders as necessary.
- Support the team with data entry tasks and maintaining databases.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Skills & Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in office administration is a plus.Proven experience as an office clerk or in another relevant administrative role.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits
