Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Family Law Attorney at Cervizzi & Associates located in North Reading, MA. As a Family Law Attorney, your day-to-day tasks will include handling legal issues related to divorce and family law, drafting and filing motions, conducting depositions, and representing clients in court. You will also work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide legal advice, and negotiate settlements.

Qualifications

• 5-15 years of experience as a Family Law Attorney
• Strong knowledge and experience in Family Law
• Ability to handle legal issues related to divorce and family law
• Experience in drafting and filing motions
• Proficiency in conducting depositions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
• Admission to the bar in Massachusetts
• Experience in handling contested and complex cases is a plus
