We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join the team. This role is ideal for a driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing large private site development projects, and is passionate about leading teams to successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution : Oversee site development projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Team Leadership : Direct field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain efficiency, safety, and productivity.
• Client & Stakeholder Coordination : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and successful project delivery.
• Budget & Cost Control : Manage budgets, track costs, and negotiate contracts to maximize project profitability.
• Scheduling & Logistics : Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate material deliveries, and resolve logistical challenges.
• Risk & Compliance Management : Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations, environmental requirements, and company policies.
