We are building the AI-native operating system for the future of medicine — redefining how care is delivered, accessed, and experienced. We’re creating the infrastructure to power consumer medicine outside of traditional insurance, helping clinics deliver better, faster, more personalized care with the power of AI. We’re revenue-generating, deployed across all 50 U.S. states, and recently closed a funding round from top-tier investors (ex-GP at Thrive Capital, Kleiner Perkins, and multiple $1B+ founder angels).
We are also collaborating with the OpenAI GTM team to bring forward-deployed AI agents directly into clinical settings — already transforming how providers and patients interact with care.
About the Role
We’re hiring a Head of Clinical Operations to lead the rollout and operational excellence of our AI-powered clinical infrastructure.
This role is at the intersection of technology, care delivery, and patient experience. You’ll own how we integrate into clinics, shapes the patient journey, and transforms day-to-day clinical workflows. More than building processes, you’ll design how AI feels in the hands of clinicians and patients — ensuring our technology enhances trust, efficiency, and outcomes.
You’ll be the connective tissue between product, engineering, and care teams — responsible for turning early deployments into scaled, high-performing systems that define the next generation of care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Deployment & Implementation
- Lead the design and rollout of AI platform across partner clinics nationwide
- Define, test, and optimize AI-enabled care workflows to improve patient outcomes and clinical efficiency
- Build strong relationships with physicians, medical directors, and administrators as the operational face
- Track pilot success, define key ROI metrics, and drive renewals and expansion
Patient Experience & Care Quality
Design and implement AI-driven patient journey frameworks, ensuring seamless, high-trust interactions between patients and cliniciansPartner with the CMO and product teams to integrate patient and clinician feedback into roadmap decisionsDevelop new operational standards and training programs that elevate the quality and consistency of careCross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the link between clinical, engineering, and product to ensure technical rollouts align with real-world clinical needsPartner with engineering on workflow automation and internal tooling to scale care deliveryDevelop playbooks, SOPs, and implementation systems that enable us to scale across dozens of clinics without loss of qualityStrategic Growth & Leadership
Drive nationwide expansion through operational efficiency, quality assurance, and process innovationSupport commercial efforts by demonstrating clinical impact and value to potential partnersBuild and lead a high-performing operations team as the company scalesWhat We’re Looking For
6–10+ years of experience in clinical operations, healthcare delivery, or patient experience leadership, ideally in a tech-enabled or startup environmentDeep understanding of how care teams operate, with empathy for clinicians and patients alikeProven track record rolling out new technology or digital workflows in healthcare settingsStrong operational rigor and comfort working with AI, automation, or clinical softwareExceptional communicator with ability to influence physicians, executives, and engineers alikeMetrics-driven mindset — capable of defining KPIs and continuously improving performanceExcited by early-stage environments, ambiguity, and the opportunity to build systems from 0→1
