We are seeking an Implementation Specialist - Quadient / BCC to support a high-profile healthcare client. This is a customer-facing role that blends elements of Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Subject Matter Expert (SME), with hands-on responsibilities in Quadient Inspire and BCC Ignite. This position acts as an extension of the client's marketing department, managing existing communications, developing new campaigns, and ensuring accurate, effective delivery strategies.

This is an on-site role . Candidates must be in a commutable distance or willing to relocate independently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Client Partnership & SME Support

• Serve as the primary technical and strategic liaison for the client's marketing communications.
• Partner closely with client teams to understand objectives, campaigns, and engagement strategies.
• Contribute to strategy execution and provide insights to improve communication effectiveness.

Communication Development & Change Management

Data Feeds & Analytics

Project Management, Production Oversight & Quality Control

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
