Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, support, adoption, guardianship, and domestic violence matters.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and parenting plans.
• Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials.
• Conduct discovery, take depositions, and engage in settlement negotiations.
• Provide thoughtful, strategic legal counsel to clients, often during emotionally charged situations.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients and opposing counsel.
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases and stay up to date on developments in family law.
