Role\n\nSummary : \n\nNurse America is seeking a dedicated Per-Diem Registered Nurse (RN) in Lenoir City, TN to join a residential mental health treatment program located in Knoxville, TN. In this role, you'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care for adult clients with mental health conditions in a structured residential setting. This opportunity is ideal for a nursing professional passionate about mental health and eager to make a meaningful impact in a supportive environment.\n\nResponsibilities : \n

• Conduct routine and as-needed nursing assessments\n
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects or complications\n
• Document care in accordance with clinical and regulatory guidelines\n
• Collaborate with psychiatric, clinical, and residential care staff\n
• Support crisis intervention and ensure patient safety\n
• Educate clients on medication and health-related matters Requirements : \n
• Active and unrestricted RN license in Tennessee\n
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (preferably in behavioral health, residential, or psychiatric care)\n
• BLS certification required\n
• Strong interpersonal, clinical, and documentation skills\n
• Ability to work effectively within a team-based care model\n\nSchedule : \n\n
• Per-Diem / As-needed\n
• Day, evening, and overnight shifts available\n
